Carl Hansen & Søn’s story began in 1908 when Danish cabinetmaker Carl Hansen opened a small furniture workshop on the Danish island of Funen.

DANI ARPS

Dani Arps is an interior designer who bootstrapped her way to designing office spaces for top startup companies throughout NYC. She has worked with the Founders and CEO’s from buzzy startups like Daily Harvest, SeatGeek, Codecademy, and General Assembly; to create over 250K sqft of striking and of the moment designs that cater to their unique needs. She co-founded Artisan, a brokerage, design, and build firm with Sarah Pontius in 2021. Dani has over 12 years of design experience, opening her eponymous firm Dani Arps LLC in 2014. She was named by top design publication, House Beautiful, as 2019’s ‘Next Wave Interior Designer’ and awarded as 2017’s ‘Star on the Rise’ by the renowned Decoration and Design Building. Arps also had the honor of being chosen as part of Curbed ‘Young Guns’ class of 2016.
JEREMIAH BRENT
Interior Designer and Television Host
Jeremiah Brent is an interior designer, television personality and founder of Jeremiah Brent Design, an interior design firm with offices in Los Angeles and New York City. Named to Architectural Digest’s AD100 list as a leading design talent, the Central California native first honed his forward-thinking yet elegantly timeless artistry through furniture design. He soon emerged as a singular new voice in the interior design world, embracing a highly intuitive approach focused on elevating each client’s emotional connection to their space. Brent shares his expertise and eye for design with households around the world through brand partnerships – as a design ambassador for Jennair and California Closets, product lines – for partners like Living Spaces and PetSmart, and as host of hit television series on Netflix and HGTV. Jeremiah currently lives in New York City with his husband, Nate Berkus, and their two young children, Poppy and Oskar.
ALISON CHI
Creative Director and Managing Director, Hospitality, tonychi studios
New Yorker, Creative Director, and Producer, Alison Chi believes in a relationship-based approach to the business of design. Nurturing talent and developing synergistic collaborations is not only an integral part of her work but also the most inspiring. She wholeheartedly believes in a more innovative approach to global real estate development in ways which uses design, next generation strategies and technologies to create kinder, gentler, and more thoughtful communities and experiences.
Director of tonychi studios special projects since 2019, Chi upholds the thoughtful discipline that has positioned the studio as an international heritage design house while continuing to cultivate bold creative visions within hospitality and lifestyle. Chi drives her team to operate holistically, as a collective at the forefront of their disciplines and fields.

Designer Billy Cotton
Billy Cotton is a multi-disciplinary American design firm known for its intelligence and unique sensibility. Led by creative director Billy Cotton, its mission is to imbue environments and products with originality and nuance. Specializing in a multi-scaled approach to design, Billy Cotton’s work spans architecture, interiors, furniture, lighting and product design. The practice produces projects ranging from residential to commercial as well as new constructions and renovations. The firm has been recognized on the Architectural Digest AD100, Elle Décor A-list and featured in publications such as The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The World of Interiors, among others.
